Radiant Skin Moisturizer

I got a sample of this lightweight Arrow moisturizer. It's very lightweight & I don't think it hydrated my skin as well as other brands I use. I think this would be good for oily skin or if you're in really humid weather. Where I live is really dry & I need really powerful moisturizers. This just fell short for me.

It wasn't hydrating enough for my dry skin.
