First impressions: I LOVE this toner. I use it in the morning and at night after cleansing my face. I use a reusable cotton pad to apply the toner. It leaves my skin hydrated and plump and doesn’t make it feel tight or dry. I know that some find their skin care products too fragranced (I personally found the Rose Cream Cleanser too “perfume-y”) but I don’t seem to have any issues with this toner. Will I repurchase?: Yes! In fact, I’m currently already using my backup. But, I’m open to trying other hydrating toners after.
