Frudia - ukiyohada review for Tone Up Base Sun Cream SPF50+ PA+++

🌚 Well... lets finally talk about this one, cause I already have some thoughts... Some of you may remember it because of my stories, those in which I transformed in Snow White, a Geisha or a clown, you can choose. 🍊 I quote Frudia: “Tone-up sunscreen brightens dull skin tone with UV blocking effect as soon as you put in on”. Yes, this is true, just because the moment that you spread this sunscreen over your face your skin will decrease 100 tones. If you don’t believe you can swipe to see my first impressions. ⏱ Some time after the application the white-cast SLIGHTLY disappears, but even your fingers are still white... it is surreal. 👍 About its texture: is thick. It’s a cream, I’m not surprised, and I'm okay with it. It leaves a hydrating feeling and doesn’t peel after. Its wearable under makeup and its very comfortable throughout the day. 👶 However, I noticed a quite familiar smell... Baby powder. Maybe that’s the answer to the “tone-up” effect. 🍓 It also contains 6 types of fruits seed oils, so it may be sensitizing for some people. In my experience, It didn’t compromised my skin, and I’m super sensitive to everything. 💭 OVERALL THOUGHTS I know it is a journey finding your sunscreen match, and it gets worse if you are looking for a Mineral one, when you have to assume that a high sun protection comes with a uncomfortable white-cast. ❌ If you have a darker skin tone than me (maybe the 95% percent of you reading this), run. Don’t look back. I can say surely that this has been the sunscreen with the heaviest white-cast that I have ever test out. 💔 I have read really good reviews of the FRUDIA Sun Essence, however I don’t know if testing another sunscreen from this brand may worth its price... I really hate wasting products and I will try my best to finish this one. I’m sorry FRUDIA.
