Vitamin C Brightening Booster
This has a very watery texture, doesn’t really have a smell, absorbs easily into my skin and causes me no irritation, so all good things there.
Looking at the ingredients, the Vit C used is sodium ascorbyl phosphate, supposed to be gentler but also less potent than l-ascorbic.
Unfortunately I was only able to test half of this bottle before I had to stop while I tested another vitamin C product for PR, so I probably didn’t notice the full effect had I used it consistently. However, from my 5 years or so experience of using Vitamin C, only L-ascorbic really works for me. I have a lot of problems with irritations oxidization with the pure form though so I keep trying ...
I feel like I didn’t evaluate this as well as I would like, and while I enjoyed using this, let’s be honest, I am not going to pay $155 for 20 ml of product that lasts me less than a month, even if I do want to retest it again.
