Rice Toner
Features rice extract and niacinamide, which might give you the brightening effect (which I don't expect much) alongside with hydration. It's also one of those toners which contains that slip of moisture, so if you have dry or dehydrated skin, you would loveee this. Make your skin plump & chok chok~
I think this would be more suitable for combination to dry skin, or if you have oily with really dehydrated skin. I find this product a bit too much for me (esp at toner stage), it's definitely lighter than the laneige cream skin, but I still prefer toners with a more refreshing finish.
