I apply this right after cleansing with a slightly damp skin. This has a slightly thicker texture than water and is lightweight with a hint of slippiness to it. Even if it takes a while to absorb, I like how this gives my skin the moisture and hydration it needs. It also makes my skin looking radiant every morning. Note that I concurrently use the whole line provided. It’s contained in a frosted glass bottle that feels luxurious, which I also liked. All throughout my usage, it didn’t give me any bumps/pimples of some sort.
