I received this product for free from Picky and Jung Beauty in exchange for my honest review.It is an interesting experience I would say because the product does provide a warming sensation when you use step 1. You are welcomed to a floral, rose scent that smells really pleasant. The scent lasts in your hair for a long time — my mom complimented the smell every time I passed by. The strands look great, so If I were to use it I wouldn’t put the cap onto my scalp area but the strands and have it be steamed that way.
My experience was a difficult one because I had a little trouble getting my hair into the cap and securing it in the shower. I do have to say that I got some of the product inside the cap onto my forehead due to me adjusting the cap and it kind of — not exactly burn but the warming sensation on my skin was alarming. It felt hot and I rinsed the excess off my face and the back of my neck. It’s messy the first time using it since there is a bit of a learning curve.
I don’t hate it but the whole experience and results does not work with my fine hair. It is super moisturizing ! But that moisturizing factor weighed down my hair and made my hair appear oily— especially the root/scalp.
