whitneyrene review for Collagen Power Firming Eye Cream

Let me preface this by saying, I am not a huge fan of eye creams as they are essentially just regular moisturizers. This however seems to be something special. Since I started using at night, I have noticed I wake up more mornings than not with my eyes looking brighter and less puffy, even now in allergy season. Clearly this is doing something and I am thrilled!
