This spot treatment boasts 2% Succinic Acid. Succinic Acid is a relatively new ingredient that is being incorporated in the skincare formulations. Succinic Acid in this formula is targeted to decrease oil levels in your skin and consequently reduce the size and appearance of blemishes. On top of Succinic Acid, it also includes 2% Sulphur that also keeps the oil balance and microbial activity in check. Besides these two ingredients, the third is 1% Salicylic Acid that keeps the pores clear and makes sure that they are unclogged. I used to, and still experience cystic acne with massive, painful nodules that leave marks and scars behind. I have used up this tube pretty quickly, and I am not blown away nor disappointed in it. This spot treatment is a bit more above-average product for me.
