The texture of this moisturizer is gel consistancy. The packaging is hygenic and beautiful. It comes in a tube with a pump dispenser at the end. The gel moisturizer has a light turquoise hue when dispensed, but applies sheer and invisible. It has a burst of refreshing and cooling sensorial experience for me when applied. Absorb extremely quickly. Non-greasy. No irritation or breakouts for my oily/acne prone skin. Best of all, it is mattifying!
