SushiRiya review for Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner

The packaging is simple and comes in a matte colorless bottle. This toner has a watery texture, feels very lightweight and has no fragrance. One would need to pack more layers to feel the hydration but it won't feel tacky at all. As soon as you apply it, you can see that instant brightening effect but it's not long lasting and to see any improvement, one needs to use it for a longer period of time then I had. I use it in both AM & PM routine and haven't had any irritation from it.
