It really calms redness and irritations, and leaves the skin fresh and with a moisturizing bed for the next product, and I find it perfect for sensitive skin. It also contains hyaluronic acid which helps to repair and replenish the skin's moisture. I consider it a good product however I don't think it's as necessary in your routine if you have a good moisturizer.
