Houttuynia cordata Hush Serum
Serums are usually in small sizes like we're used to, but this one comes in a 150ml bottle. Was intrigued by this product so I went for it. It comes in a pump bottle but I personally dislike it since its consistency is watery. They also made suggestions to replace the cap with a spray bottle for preference - honestly I wish they just used a spray-type bottle in the first place ๐
Witch hazel, tea tree and alcohol is the most notable scent from this product.
I wouldn't really consider this a "serum" as it acts more of a toner to me. I also don't notice any soothing effects from it. It stings on irritation-prone areas which kinda defeats its purpose. However, it does have a "refreshing" feeling, and that's probably it for me. I'd appreciate if this were in a spray bottle instead and would be great for when it's really humid.
