Deviating from many affordable toners, this one is alcohol-free. It does contain fragrance, which you may want to consider if you have sensitive skin. I found it to be quite watery and refreshing, which makes it very suitable for oily skin. However, it's not hydrating enough on its own for dry skin. I would recommend this product for normal to oily skin and for dry but acneic skin.
