My experience:
I found this did remove my makeup pretty well. I used it to clean off my eyebrow makeup, and after, I used a wet cotton pad to wipe it off.
It didnโt irritate my skin, but I wouldnโt say it soothed it either. Overall, it works, but I think Iโd rather stick to micellar water or other makeup removers.
