It does leave the skin matte and smooth. I have been using this for YEARS so: Back when i had oily skin, this was a must have for me. I used it in the morning by itself and it usually left my t-zone controlled. TODAY for my combo/dry skin: think this is a great makeup primer! I dont use it as a moisturizer anymore.

Nothing. Does what it promises.
