🍂 𝗜'𝗺 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 🍂 This toner is made with 77.78% Rice Extract effective in elasticity care. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization to rebalance dry and tired skin. 𝗠𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 & 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: I really wanted to try this toner since last year after hearing so many good reviews about it from others. I incorporated it in my skincare routine in January since it was winter here & I wanted to provide my skin as much hydration as possible. Although I'm the kind of person who fails to notice the hydrating effect of skincare products but still that doesn't mean that this product doesn't provide hydration. So please try it yourself to see whether it is hydrating or not. Please buy the mini version first if you're gonna try this product for the very first time.
