calzheng review for Dive-in Low-Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Toner

I am not too sure about how much the toner really gets absorbed into my akin. I have tried the layering method, the masking method but it always feel like a layer of something on top of my skin. the only method that works for me now is to ensure that I apply a layer of either mist or a very light toner to moist my skin before I use this toner. Conclusion? I will use as the 2nd toner when my skin is really dry and need me to layer on toner - which happens very frequently when the weather keeps on changing.
