Sunscreen Face SPF 50+
I bought this sunscreen because of its microplastic-free ingredient list which is hard to find; there's either microplastics, silicones or other non-sustainable ingredients in almost all sunscreens I look through..
I was happy I came upon this mineral sunscreen and what also attracted me is that the brand takes part in the 1% for the planet campaign and that it's Spf 50+ 😊
The product comes in a pump-bottle, not like most that are filled in tubes. I love the pump!
I'd say the scent is pretty normal? It smells like a typical sunscreen but not too strong and the scent disappears after a while 👍🏻
What I can say about the texture is this: it kinda feels like a mix of a mineral and chemical sunscreen? It's not watery at all, yet not thick like the mineral sunscreens I have tried so far.
It's not hard to apply but you have to rub it in a little more. It didn't leave a whitecast on me but I am very fair, so I guess it could leave one on skin types that are darker than me.
Whenever I applied this, my face felt warm and that made it a little uncomfortable throughout the day because that feeling didn't disappear. My face didn't become red though 🤔
I wanted to love this, especially for its ingredients and the '1% for the planet' but I will have to keep looking for another one the next time I purchase a sunscreen
