PickyKeWe review for Chaga Jelly Low pH Cleanser

My skin is dehydrated, combo to dry and I wear sunscreen daily, plus make up. So I double cleanse in the evenings and need an effective, yet gentle water-based cleanser. I also look for a low PH so that I can be sure my skin barrier doesn't get compromised too much by washing it with foam. Many cleansers do their job well, but this one has some very interesting ingredients too.
