NatashaBaxter review for AHA BHA Lemon Toner

I've been very cautious when it comes to using this toner because of the active ingredients that it contains. Even though my skin barrier is weaker and sensitized this toner didn't cause any reaction or discomfort on my skin. I do want to mention that I used this product very sparingly and I only used it twice a week (each usage was a few days apart). I really enjoy the texture of this toner, it has a viscous texture and it feels like an essence water. I'm able to use cotton rounds as well as use my hands to apply this toner. The packaging is super cute with its yellow lemon cap and faux plastic bottle with their signature brand logo in a bold red. It has a fresh lemon citrisy fragrance to it and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Some of the star ingredients included in this toner is Glycolic Acid which is an AHA and this helps to exfoliate the top layer of the skin. It also contains Salicylic Acid which is a BHA and this helps exfoliate the pores and is very beneficial for acne prone skin types. It has Citrus Lemon Fruit Extract which helps to vitalize and brighten the skin tone. It contains calming ingredients like Betaine and Panthenol to help moisturize the skin as well. I haven't seen any immediate results as of yet but I'll continue to use it and I look forward to seeing what this toner can do for my skin!
