This micellar water is very comfortable on my skin, doesn't make it dry or hot, doesn't have any itching or tingling reactions at all, doesn't hurt the eyes either, as long as it doesn't get into the eyes there's quite a hydrating effect even though it's not intense, because it's still called Micellar Water , the first cleanser which is generally followed by a second water-based cleanser afterwards
