BENTON - juliankim review for Cacao Moist and Mild Toner

This was really simple and basic toner. Because of the watery texture, it absorb almost instantly and doesn't feel sticky. This is perfect if you wanna layer this (apply multiple times). I found that this was best used as a face mist than as a toner! After I poured this into a spray bottle, I got better hydrating and refreshing effects as a mist than if I applied it with my hands. I Recommend this for Oily skin types that want lightweight hydration, this has no fragrance, essential oils or drying alcohol so it should be good for even sensitive skin. Will I repurchase? Maybe, but it won't be my first choice. Though it was nice and provides mild hydration, but it feels lacking to me.
