I used this as a spot treatment for my acne and it helps minimize it within 24 hours of usage. It helps prevents future breakouts, it reduces irritation and soothes. It has a mattifying feeling after application. It is a cream at first but oncr you applied it and sinks into your affected pimples, it became a little watery oil while absorbing it. I love the applicator tube on it because it will give you a precise amount of cream needed for any application, you have the ability to control the usage.
