That it does leave your skin peeling for about 1 to 2 weeks so you do need to stay out of direct sunlight, if you do need to leave the house I would recommend using SPF 25 or SPF 30. And I only use it for about 30 minutes as a mask with a jade or quartz roller that I freeze in my freezer Which spreads it out evenly to the skin but I can’t sleep with it on because of how oily my skin is and how much oil is in the retinol with 2% squalane. But after a 30 minute mask, I can start to see the benefits within minutes of washing it off.
