Glow Serum (Vitamin C & E + Hyaluronic Acid + Niacinamide + Astaxanthin)
When I decided to intently do skincare around this time a year ago I knew I wanted to have that ‘glow’ as the ultimate, consistent state. I wanted to care for my brown complexion as it is so instead of whitening products, when I believe I had adequate time using niacinamide products, I finally turned to try vitamin C. After trying this same local brand’s Brightening Serum I got this Glow Serum to test.
- It’s easy to apply, not icky, plus fragrance-free. I make sure to pair this with sunscreen in the morning as I learned they both complement each others’ benefits and sun protection.
- It costs P295 (around $5.60) per 15 mL.
It does me good so far and does not cause any break outs.

FYI:
Soul Apothecary actually reformulated this serum, they switched ingredients from tocopherol (Vitamin E) to Ferulic acid, I guess they want to signify the Glow Serum from Vitamin C serum (which now holds the tocopherol ingredient). In addition, they also added the Alpha arbutin to the Glow serum to add another brightening active.
Sana pinagsama nalang nila ang Vitamin C, Vitamin E at Ferulic Acid sa iisang serum since it's the most recommended blend of antioxidants for a serum.
