From the masks that I used before, this one is not messy. The first thing you notice about the product is that it is very soft and when applied to your skin, it doesn't dry you out. The consistency of the product somehow reminds me of the sunblock sunscreens that usually thick and has a white cast. Usually this kind of masks has a tendency to dry out since this is a clay mask but this one does not crack up when dried and its kind of moisturizing. After washing off the mask, you can notice that the oiliness is lessened and you can feel that your skin is refreshed and exfoliated.
