zolarj review for Whip Foam Acne Clear 0% Alcohol

I can't seem to make it like a whip foam as advertised, just regular lather. High pH (8-9), I found out about this on a Facebook skin care group when someone tested the pH levels of different cleansers. While this is called "Acne clear," it doesn't contain Salicylic acid or Benzoyl peroxide that are commonly used in anti-acne facial washes. The key ingredient here is Carnitine, which has been found to reduce sebum production. Another one is Licorice root extract, which is anti-inflammatory and brightening. It might be able to help a little, but I still wouldn't totally rely on this when targeting acne.
