Rice Pure Essential Toner

Such an underrated rice-containing product. Rice, niacinamide, centella, fig, lotus flower, ulmus, amaranth seed, & ceramides. So many hydrators & soothers. I found this to be very hydrating & soothing with a touch of light moisture.

No cons. It’s a beautiful product.
