Very thick and luxurious - Takes some time to tap into skin. Do not use too much or else it will sit on top of skin - Leaves skin hydrated and soft to touch. Slightly bouncy, slight glow left behind - A light floral scent, not overpowering 👁 EXPERIENCE 👁 Reenee Rates It: 4/5 - Pleasantly surprised with this eye cream! Neogen had me from the start with this whole line but I was super glad to have the chance to pick up this eye cream. This is a THICC cream and not for everyone. It currently works as a night eye cream for me but might be better suited for my dry winter skin in my morning and night routine. I find if I apply too much it just sits on top of my skin so you might need to try different amounts to find what works for you. But this gives my under eyes and smile lines a wonderful hydrated feel and does provide some glow to the skin. Have I seen any wrinkle reduction? No. Have I noticed enough brightening on my dark circles? Nope. I personally wouldn’t pay full price for it (currently $36 on yesstyle), but I would repurchase this again for a winter eye cream on sale. I enjoy the softened, hydrated feel it provides my eye and smile line area, but it’s no miracle worker (at least not in 2 weeks of testing).
