This mask is so soothing and hydrating ... especially when put in the fridge for a hot summer spa day. The packaging comes with a lot of serum that I am able to rub it over my neck and shoulder area. The serum itself is hydrating and not sticky, with a floral lotus scent.
The product is easy to open and use. I ended up buying more of it.
Nothing bad at all! Again only the scent may draw people away from buying.
