Bounce Back Balancing Toner
The toner was water-like. It absorbs so quickly! I love the pump for easy dispensing. I really like toners applied with my hands cause it saves me a cotton pad. This product has many great ingredients like Niacinamide! I feel like this helped my other skincare products absorb better and strengthened my skin barrier. No fragrance that I could tell.
Maybe it absorbs too quickly! The instructions says 1 pump is enough but I found that that 1 pump absorbs into my hands even before I apply it on my face haha
