Japanese pine extract has an antibacterial effect. That helps to stop inflammatory processes and relieves redness. And, indeed, I noticed that the rashes noticeably tightened up and decreased. In general, it moisturizes the skin well and makes it soft. I use it along with tonic from the same series.
