I know Physical exfoliants are a little bit controversial but this is no saint ives scrub! Its really really gentle and gently removes what chemical exfoliates dont! It allows for a soft even base. I use it after i have a pimple. The spot treatment i use is wonderful buy drying and often leaves a dry skin patch. This gentle takes it away without redness, irritation.
