Shannon2434 review for Vita C Bright Toner

I was sent this product from picky in exchange for my honest review. I like this toner but im not in love with it. I like the hyrdration it gives me so that a plus. What i dont like is the alcohol in the ingredient deck. I haven’t noticed any brightning as of yet, but its still in rotation. So if you are not sensitive to alcohol and want some added hydration this is worth a try.
