🌟 Thoughts: I’m a little sceptical of some of the clinical results, which showed a 5C degree reduction in skin temperature, as it feels like any type of face mask that promotes evaporation off the skin would necessarily lead to a reduction in surface temperature. (a comparison with regular face masks would be more helpful!). That said, this one does leave a cooling sensation, which I feel is perfect for hot summers. In addition, the clinical studies on reduced puffiness also isn’t the most convincing imo, as it is conducted on a small sample size (21 women), and it was after consistent use of this mask for 4 weeks, which lets be honest, who has the dedication to commit to using the same mask for such a long period of time lol. While I do appreciate Isntree’s efforts to prioritise science-backed ingredients and results, I feel like the research presented could potentially be misleading for customers, e.g. using this mask would necessarily lead to reduced puffiness. 🌟 Verdict: 4/5 Despite all my scepticism toward the clinical studies, I still think this is a solid mask, and the fit is really one of the best things about this mask, as it melted into the shape of my face so effortlessly, and delivered hydration as it should!
