This is a clean recipe toner that contains 99% of Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate that adds vitality to the skin's barrier balance, moisture, and radiance. The texture is water-like which is the kind of toner that I really like, I've been using this for 2 weeks now as a wiping toner and I noticed that my skin is less irritated, and it's brighter, I also noticed that this helped a lot with improving the flaky part of my face. This can also be used as a mist type or a patting toner. I highly recommend this to those who have sensitive skin and doesn't like the sticky type toners.
