My first impression when I received this toner, I was surprise when it state 12% of AHA. I thought this toner would be harsh and make my skin irritated and itchy. Surprisingly it is not harsh at all, it feels comfortable on the skin. I use it weekly on my face and some part of my body like the neck, chest, elbow, and knee. For the face it has downtime, it will appear dry and flaky skin for a few days but does not cause any irritation at all. For the body part, my skin feels smooth and it exfoliates dead skin nicely. Skin feels softer and smoother.
