It has a faint, herbaceous scent that dissipates within seconds. In the AM, I use this after cleansing and toners as a stand alone moisturizer. It layers beautifully with sunscreen and makeup. At night I use this after my essence, and tip it off with a thicker occlusive. My skin has been loving this---my complexion looks restored, nourished, plump, and regenerated. I will definitely keep this a staple in my daily arsenal!
