☀️ Supergoop Daily Dose Hydra- Ceramide Boost SPF 40 REVIEW☀️ You might be thinking sunscreen OIL?! WHAT?! Yes, they’re out there. ☀️ At first I was a bit nervous to try since face oils have ALWAYS been a HIT or MISS when it comes to my acne-prone skin but since I over exfoliated and I need it to do some damage control I remained hopeful throughout the process and after consistent use, it has yet to break me out. Hallelujah!! I have fell in love with the glow it gives and the non-greasy finish. Not only that but my skin feels softer. ✨ With ingredients like HA, squalane and ceramides and microbiome-friendly prebiotics for a lightweight and moisturizing oil, designed to nourish and moisturize, but also protect and balance the skin barrier with broad spectrum protection that provides the hydration we long for and an addictive glow. ✨ I like to apply about 6-8 drops for face and neck after I moisturize and then I follow it with a tinted SPF for double protection because my main concern about this products is that on it’s own it feels unreliable. Final thoughts: I’m a bit torn. I love the concept of a sunscreen in an oil formula that’s both lightweight and moisturizing. A great one for winter. My hesitation comes down to the price and the level of protection if not enough is applied. I grabbed this one at my local Marshalls for about $14 dollars, but retail price is $46 dollars and sadly I wouldn’t spend that type of money on this one.
