Another scentless toner. But the texture/consistency somehow resembles a normal watery toner + a bit of heaviness to it (imho) 🤔 As I usually just pour it directly onto my palm and pat the product to my face, I don't have any problems about it. However, I really suggest to use this toner with a cotton pad instead — to really take the advantage of the claim mentioned ("provide deeper hydration").
