I can confirm this as it doesn't dry out my skin and feels moisturized between washing it off and using my next cleanser for double cleansing. The balm texture melts instantly once it touches the skin! Scooping the balm out is also really satisfying Usage: I gently massage, emulsify and then rinse it off with cold water and it removes my sunscreen and makeup very well.
