Combined sith hyaluronic acid and skin-calming Calendula flower extract, this serum helps to hydrate and soothe the skin. 🔹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 + Smooths skin + Non-irritating + Hydrating and lightweight +/- Subtle brightening - Tacky finish 🔹 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 - 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 Hard plastic pump bottle. You have to twist the top to reveal the pump. There is a piston in the bottle that pushes the product out. Has a watery consistency and smells like calendula flowers. It's a soft grassy/flower scent that's not that very noticeable. 🔹 𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 I like how nicely this serum absorbs into the skin, but it does leave a tacky finish. Personally, my skin isn't that sensitive so I use this both day and night in my routine. I didn't experience any irritations, this actually feels quite gentle. Sometimes I do feel it tingling immediately after applying, it's not painful but I do feel it. So, if you have sensitive skin, I don't recommend using as often as I am. It's a simple serum that does it's job well. My skin has been feeling really smooth and clean. It feels hydrating and lightweight. It leaves a subtle glow after application, but I don't feel like the brightening that I get from this is that significant. This serum is straightforward simple on its own, however, I feel like it reaches its full potential when used in combination with the Carrotene Clarifying Serum. APRILSKIN has a whole page on their website about serum layering, so of course I had to try layering their serums.
