THIS IS ONE OF MY HOLY GRAILS. This toner should get more recognition from the crowd. 1. Extremely hydrating and nourishing. 2. As for the texture, it is on the sticky formula. I prefer toners in these kind of textures. 3. It makes the skin plump and look healthy. I have been using this for more than a month and Im always impressed on how it makes my skin glow. Def worth the purchase. Will be repurchasing this after my bottle runs out.
