This is an amazing formula to introduce a retinol regime to the eye area! With .03% encapsulated retinol to slowly & continuously work throughout the night. It's very moisturizing as well. It's rich but spreads effortlessly and soaks into the skin beautifully! Very little goes a long way. I'd definitely recommend for those who's eyes are a problem area. It's gentle enough for sensitive skin as well. Can also be used on neck and decolletage.
