Aventhra Moisturiser M2 - Unscented
Facetheory products keep surprising me, to be honest. When I first opened this cream I thought it was going to be way too heavy for my oily skin, it is also indicated for dry skin, and being acne prone, I have to be careful what heavy ingredients I use (this contains Shea butter, Cocoa butter, different oils and tocopherol, if you have acne prone skin too, you can see why I was afraid). But, to my surprise, it feels like a mousse and my skin is loving it! 😍
Ever since I started leaning more towards creams instead of gel or gel-creams, my oiliness is a lot more under control (my skin definitly does not like gel-like textures😩) but this also meant I've been waking up with kinda dry skin🏜️, which I'm not at all used to. This cream has been such a blessing! I feel my skin plumped when I wake up, not oily, not tight. 💦
🌟Some of its star ingredients are Glycerin, Shea and Cocoa butters, sweet almond, olive, apricot, argan and rice oils, panthenol, fatty acids, oatmeal, a form of vitamin C, sodium hyalunorate and the scented version has mandarin🍊 peel oil (highly recommended if you don't have sensitive skin since it smells so sweet and fresh🙌).
☝️ I'm not saying this is safe for acne prone skin, I'm saying it worked for me and it's worth trying it, if it doesn't work for your face, I bet this would make an awesome neck/chest cream 🤩
I got the scented version and it can be a little too much, I don't mind the scent on the cleansers but on this it seems to be stronger, tho it hasn't caused me any reaction luckily!
