This has a matte powdery finish. If you are not a fan of the glossy balm, well this is for you! I prefer this over the glossy one under the same brand. It is moisturizing and has a scent similar to that of a newly picked fresh roses. If your pucker up your lips, you'll feel its powdery finish similar to that of a mattifying lip gel. It's like small tidbits of silicon lints rolling on the lips. You can kiss a tissue paper to remove those tidbits and you're all set.
