Velvet Perfecting Rose Sugar Lip Scrub
it does smell lovely and even has a nice taste to it.
I often suffer with dry flaky lips if I forget to use lip balm for a while. I've only used this once so far and feel it did nothing to make my lips smoother or remove dead skin, which I am very surprised at considering the price tag! I felt like there wasn't many scrub particles in what I used.
