One of my favorite product from Face Republic's Hydro Line 💙 The best toner I've ever had. It comes in a blue-tinted plastic bottle. It has a thin and runny consistency and no scent. I used this with cotton pads or my palms, but I preferred cotton pads. It absorbs pretty quickly on my skin, which makes it easier for me to proceed to the next step of my skincare routine. It leaves no tacky or sticky feeling. It's soothing and hydrating! helps me with my rough skin texture and damaged skin barrier. I did not get irritation or breakouts upon using this 🥰
