this cream is a good alternative than the stick balm if you prefer a cream-like form instead of a stick form. I would say this cream is even more stronger than the stick balm in terms of hydration and protection. Even though it is an intensive cream, the texture is lightweight. I use it at night before I go to bed and the redness and dryness drastically reduced the next morning. I also use it on my knuckles where the eczema is pretty bad. Definitely recommended for those who struggle with eczema or extreme dry skin.
